NOTES ON REGISTRATION
  • For each registrant type, there is a single registration fee that gives access to all components of the CCGrid 2013 conference: workshops, tutorials, main conference, doctoral symposium, poster session, reception, and conference dinner.
  • The early registration deadline is April 22, 2013.
  • For every paper in the main conference, the doctoral symposium and the workshops, and for every proceedings-published poster, at least one author has to register. Only papers and posters for which at least one author has registered and for which at least one author is present at the conference to present it will be incorporated into the IEEE Digital Library.
  • Authors of accepted papers in the main conference have the opportunity to buy up to 2 additional pages over the page limit of 8 pages (see the rate below).
  • Attendees registering at the student registration fee must show proof of their student status when picking up the registration materials in Delft.

  •  The rate for additional pages (up to 2) for authors of accepted papers in the main conference is $100.
VISA REQUEST ASSISTANCE LETTERS

Authors of papers accepted in the main conference or in a workshop affiliated with the conference can obtain a visa request assistance letter from the conference organization in the following way:

  1. Send an email message with subject line "CCGrid2013: visa letter" to d.h.j.epema@tudelft.nl and E.E.vanRooijen@tudelft.nl with the following information: paper id, paper title, workshop title if applicable, author name, author affiliation (organization name, city, and country), and author email address.
  2. The requesting author will receive a letter in pdf format by email.
